Payblis SAS makes available to merchants certain software and payment services accessible through its platform (“Stixramp”) and API (the “Site”).
The Stixramp Site enables users to:
(i) accept payments in exchange for cryptocurrencies;
(ii) purchase and receive digital assets;
(iii) access reporting and invoicing functionalities; and
(iv) benefit from additional features introduced from time to time (collectively, the “Services”).
Payment processing and the delivery of cryptocurrencies under these Services are managed by our partner, Cryptix.
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Site and Services.
Agreement to Terms
By clicking “I Agree” or by using the Services, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Services.
Privacy Policy
Please refer to our Privacy Policy available on the Site for information on how we collect, use, and disclose your information.
Changes to Terms or Services
We may revise these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Any modifications will be communicated via the Site or other appropriate means. Continued use of the Services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Eligibility and Account
You may only use the Services if you are at least 18 years old and legally allowed under applicable law.
Access requires registration of an account (“Account”). You are solely responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities performed through your Account.
Feedback
You may provide us with feedback, comments, or suggestions (“Feedback”). By doing so, you grant Payblis a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use and exploit such Feedback for any purpose.
Ownership and Rights
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Services, Content, and technology are owned by Payblis SAS and/or Cryptix. You may not copy, distribute, or modify the Services except as expressly permitted under these Terms.
Fees
Transaction fees (“Fees”) apply as set forth in the applicable fee schedule provided during onboarding. Fees may include:
processing fees for payment acceptance,
blockchain network fees,
additional charges based on industry or merchant volume.
Fees may be amended at our discretion.
Acceptable Use
You may not use the Services, or allow your customers to use them, in connection with:
unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive activities;
prohibited or high-risk businesses such as drugs, weapons, counterfeit goods, adult content, or multi-level marketing schemes;
violating intellectual property rights;
abusive or fraudulent practices.
The detailed list of Prohibited Uses and Prohibited Businesses is included in Exhibit B.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with immediate effect, in case of violation of these Terms.
Disclaimers
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
Cryptocurrency transactions carry inherent risks including volatility and potential loss.
Payblis and Cryptix disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Payblis shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.
In no event shall Payblis’ aggregate liability exceed EUR 100.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France.
Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nanterre, France.

Exhibit A – Fee Schedule
Applicable transaction fees are communicated during merchant onboarding and may vary by industry, turnover, and regulatory requirements. Network fees for blockchain transactions are borne by the merchant or customer as applicable.
Exhibit B – Prohibited Uses and Prohibited Businesses
You may not use the Services for, or in connection with, the following activities:
Unlawful activity: violation of laws, sanctions, or regulations.
Fraud and abusive activity: scams, phishing, unauthorized account access, or interference with the platform.
Counterfeit or unauthorized goods.
Restricted products and services: weapons, explosives, tobacco, pharmaceuticals, controlled substances, or substances designed to mimic illegal drugs.
Adult content and services: pornography, prostitution, escort services, live adult chats.
Multi-level marketing and pyramid schemes.
Predatory or deceptive practices.
Violations may result in account suspension, termination, and potential penalties.
