These Terms govern access to and use of StixRamp, operated by KALYXIO.
By using StixRamp, you agree to these Terms.
StixRamp is a technical on-ramp aggregator.
We:
Provide a technical interface
Redirect users to third-party on-ramp providers
Act as an introducer and technical integrator
We do not:
Process payments
Execute transactions
Hold or custody funds
Set exchange rates
Perform KYC/AML checks
All transactions are executed directly between the user and the selected on-ramp provider.
StixRamp integrates external on-ramp providers.
Each provider:
Is solely responsible for transaction execution
Applies its own KYC, AML, fees, limits, and compliance rules
Operates under its own terms and privacy policy
StixRamp bears no liability for:
Transaction failures
Delays
Rejected payments
Regulatory decisions
Losses related to third-party services
Users must:
Provide a valid wallet address
Ensure compatibility with selected crypto assets
Comply with applicable laws and regulations
Review third-party terms before proceeding
Users acknowledge that blockchain transactions are irreversible.
StixRamp may receive a commercial commission or referral fee from integrated providers.
This does not affect the user’s contractual relationship with the provider.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
Maintenance, updates, or third-party outages may occur.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
StixRamp is provided “as is”
KALYXIO shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Total liability shall not exceed €100
We reserve the right to suspend access in case of:
Abuse
Security threats
Legal or regulatory requirements
These Terms are governed by French law.
Any dispute shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bernay, France, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
